Belo meso sa pavlakom

Sastojci:

- 500 gr belog mesa

- 2 dl kisele pavlake 

- 3 čena belog luka

- 100 gr margarina

- začin

- peršunov list

Meso isecite na šnicle i malo ga izlupajte zatim istopite margarin i u njega uvaljajte šnicle.

Poređajte šnicle u pleh ili vatrostalnu činiju. Izmešajte pavlaku, beli luk i začin (po želji) i prelijte preko mesa. Peći u rerni 30 minuta na 200 stepeni.

Ukrasiti peršunovim listom.
