Pita sa mesom

Sastojci:

- 500 gr tankih kora

- 600 gr mlevenog mesa isprženog sa lukom i začinima (začin C, biber)

- 1 pavlaka

- 1 čaša kisele vode

- 4 jajeta

- 100 gr ulja (zagrejati)

Meso podeliti na 3 jednaka dela. Poređati četvrtinu kora pa jednu trećinu mesa. Ređati 4 puta kore i 3 puta meso.

Kada se sve poređa iseći pitu na manje komade. Svaki rez preliti vrelim uljem.

Izmešati jaja, pavlaku i kiselu vodu i preliti preko pite. Po želji posuti susamom. Ostaviti da stoji pre pečenja najmanje dva sata.
